MY ETA HAS CHANGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Traffic in Sydney can be unpredictable. If your window shifts by more than 30 minutes, our driver Marcus will attempt to call you. You can also monitor the live map in the app for precise movements.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If your order is still "Picking", you can update notes in your account. Once "Out for Delivery", please call our Pitt St team immediately at +61 412 738 946 to relay urgent changes to the driver.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVES?
Our drivers will follow your "unattended delivery" instructions. If no instructions are provided, we will attempt to find a safe, shaded spot for your fresh produce and leave a confirmation photo.
