What ID do I need for order confirmation?
Please bring a valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) and your digital order confirmation email. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please notify us in advance via the contact form.
Is contactless pickup available?
Yes, we offer contactless pickup. Simply call us when you arrive at 145 Pitt Street, and our team will place your groceries in your vehicle or at a designated safe zone near the entrance.
How are substitutions handled?
If an item is unavailable, we will select the closest high-quality match. You can review and approve or reject substitutions at the time of pickup. We only charge for the items you take home.
What if I am late for my window?
No worries! We hold pickup orders until the end of the business day. If you can't make it by closing time, please call us to reschedule for the following morning.
