What are the minimum order sizes for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing applies to specifically marked family-sized packs and bundles. While there is no global minimum spend for the store, bulk items are sold in fixed quantities (e.g., 10kg rice, 20kg flour) to ensure you get the best possible rate per kilogram.
Are there extra delivery surcharges for large orders?
We offer flat-rate delivery across Sydney. However, for extremely large bulk orders (over 150kg), a small heavy-handling fee may apply to ensure we can safely transport and deliver your items. This will be clearly shown at checkout.
Can I return bulk items if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fresh or open bulk produce. For non-perishable pantry staples, returns are accepted within 7 days if the packaging remains sealed and undamaged. Please contact our support team for assistance.
How do I combine promotions with bulk discounts?
